The Priest & King Who Brings Joy

Psalm 110 teaches us that true joy is not found in the absence of trouble but in the presence of the enthroned Christ. Our need is to turn from false sources of joy and see it in Christ’s reign and priesthood.

Our Duty is to rejoice always, to submit to the King, to rest in the Priest, and to await His return with hope.

Christ reigns. He intercedes. He will come again, so “Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice.” (Phil 4:4).
