Worship Service

Worship Service

Whether you're new to the area or just new to our church, you're probably wondering what our service looks like.  Here's what you can expect:

Worship through PRAISE

Worship through PROCLAMATION

Our worship services are filled with joyful songs.  We sing songs deep in theology and meaning.  We sing hymns, Psalms, and spiritual songs.  We desire to hear the church's voices praise God with all their might.
God has much to say to us in the Bible.  It is His Word and our authority.  Rather than rely on our understanding, we read aloud from the Bible together.  We  hear the Bible read.  And, we  proclaim its message for us.

Worship as  FAMILY

Worship at the TABLE

We gather for worship as family.  Children are welcome in the worship service.  1-2 Sundays per month, kids 5-10yrs may leave prior to the sermon to learn catechism questions and Bible verses.  Childcare is available for kids under 5.
We believe communion is an essential element of the worship service.  Each week, we invite baptized followers of Christ to join us in celebrating redemption through the eating of bread and drinking of the cup.

When?

We gather at 10:00 am on Sunday mornings for our worship service.
Our services last about 70 minutes.

Where?

We meet at Thomas Chapel on the Rocky Bayou Christian School Campus.
